Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages UrbanLuxe Fashionz is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at connect@urbanluxefashionz.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.
